We have recently partnered with Herefordshire, Ludlow and North Shropshire College by joining their Patron scheme. Being a Patron with NSC allows us as a local employer to have influence over curriculum and skills delivered by the college to prepare students for work.
We believe that becoming a Patron is an important step to encourage young people into the cold storage industry, through site visits, work placements and more.
Attending Patron events allows us to feedback and influence the college on the material delivered so that students are better prepared with the right skills for work once their education completes.
